Vegetable Salad

Today I will share very easy recipe of a vegetable salad. All you need for this easy vegetable salad;

Lettuce : 2 leaves, Chopped
Cabbage : 1 leaf, Chopped
Carrot : 1 only, Medium size
Cucumber: 1 only, Medium size
Tomato: 1, remove the seeds
Seasons ( Salt, Black pepper) : according to taste.
Olives: 6- 7
Capsicum : 1 Small size, Chopped
Olive oil : 1 table spoon
Vinegar: 1/2 teaspoon
Cheese : Any type, 2 tea spoon.
Chicken: 2 table spoon, Boiled and Shredded
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Yeah,  you tasty and full of energy vegetable salad is ready.
You can also add any artificial or home made vegetable salad dressing if you like.
Final Thoughts:
We are all aware of benefits of eating healthy food. If you do not want to cook something then better stay away from snacks and try vegetable salad or fresh fruits salad. You can also try any combination of vegetables or fruits or even vegetables and fruits together.
It will give you a lot of energy and bring freshness on your skin, you can feel it in few months. It is best if you can have salad everyday in your lunch. Its cheap and easy to make.
