What to Eat While Studying for Exam?



We all hear our moms saying, also the internet is full of slogans,

“eat healthy food”.

Have you ever thought, why there is so much emphasis on eating healthy? Most of you are familiar with an answer as many are conscious about their food. If you do not know then, for your information;

Healthy food is necessary for our healthy body and healthy mind.

Healthy mind actually accompanies, healthy body.

We must develop a habit of eating healthy food in our life. If you cannot help it, at least try to eat healthy during your study or before your exam and during its preparation. Food that takes a lot of time to digest divert the blood pressure away from the brain and affect memory.

In this post, I am going to tell you what food you need to eat during the study and what are the things that you need to avoid for your own best.

So here are few foods that you must prefer over others during study;

Easily digestible food, helps the digestive system to function properly, obviously, you cannot have a bad stomach during exams.

What to eat during Study??

Try to take;

  • Soups
  • Yogurt
  • Fish like Solomon and tuna
  • Chicken breast
  • Eggs
  • Oatmeal
  • Ginger
  • Cooked vegetables like; spinach, carrot, beans, zucchini etc.

In fruits you can have;

  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Peach
  • Watermelon

Go for non-citrus fruits or Juices.

What not to eat during study??

Stay away from;

  • Coffee or soft drinks
  • Cheese
  • Peppers
  • Raw vegetables
  • Fast food
  • Corn
  • Fatty meats
  • Fried food
  • Grams
  • Berries with small seeds
  • Chocolates

Always drink a lot of water but do not drink water during a meal, try to take it before the meal. After the meal tries not to sit or sleep but have some exercise, it will help to improve digestion. Always try to eat small portions of the meal.

If you will stick to above-mentioned food during the study, it will help you understand the things easily and clearly, help you to have a great memory and pleasant mood to study.
