Today I will share with you very easy and delicious and healthy recipe; Apple Cucumber Spinach Smoothie.

Servings: 2


  1. 10 to 12 fresh spinach leaves
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1/2 cucumber diced
  4. 1/2 green apple diced
  5. 3 dates
  6. 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  7. Ice cubes as much you like

Optional toppings

  • Black Seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cumin seeds

Instructions for Apple Cucumber Spinach Smoothie:

1) Add milk in a blender, then add your apple and blend until combined. Now add spinach, cucumber, dates and lemon juice. Blend this mixture for 2 to 3 minutes, this time may change depending on your blender all you need is to blend until it will become a creamy and homogenous mixture, completely smooth. Now it’s time to add ice cubes and blend for few seconds. Pour apple cucumber spinach smoothie into a glass and top with any of black, sesame or cumin seeds. You can serve directly or keep the apple cucumber spinach smoothie in the fridge in an airtight jar for a day!


You are free to use any topping for this apple smoothie. As an example, you can add shredded coconut.
